ICTCONSULT was founded in 2003 and is led by partners Shahir Popatia, Gabe Van den Berg and Guy Calb. The partners possess extensive engineering, business, and management experience with expertise in planning, project management, implementation and operation of information and communications technology (ICT) systems.

ICT Consult collaborates with affiliate consulting firms to ensure the optimum resourcing of projects for its clients.
